Do you want to help build a new administrative role in an organization that makes a real difference? Ordinärt boende is now looking for four new administrators.

With us, you work in a socially important operation that runs around the clock, every day of the year. As an administrator, you have a central role in creating structure, service, and providing good conditions for nurses and managers in their daily work.

We are looking for someone who wants to work closely with the operations and contribute to ensuring that administrative flows function effectively – so that healthcare can maintain high quality for the residents of Malmö.

Job Responsibilities

In the role of administrator, you will work both administratively and practically in close collaboration with home healthcare employees and managers. You will, among other things:

  • Support managers and nurses with administrative and practical tasks that are not patient-related.
  • Manage bookings and documentation
  • Administer systems such as Medvind/H-rutan and financial systems.
  • Manage permissions in various IT systems
  • Coordinate interns in the organization
  • Be a contact person by phone and email for internal and external parties
  • Compile statistics, reports, and materials for managers
  • Order materials, consumables, and work clothes
  • Participate in the development of work methods and routines
  • Contribute to a good work environment and structure in the team

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has:

  • High school education, with a focus on healthcare and social care or administration.
  • At least two years of experience in administrative work where tasks have included planning, documentation, and work in digital systems
  • Good computer skills and can work in various systems (Office package as a minimum)
  • Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
  • Driving license B

It is an advantage if you have:

  • Experience in healthcare and social care, preferably home healthcare
  • Experience working in municipal or regional operations
  • Knowledge of current systems (e.g., Medvind, Financial Systems, WebSesam)
  • Experience in scheduling or staffing planning
  • Experience in service or supportive functions
